Yep. They're still down.
The good news at least is that if you're still waiting for the client to patch itself (I went to bed last night after watching the progress bar for over a half hour) then it doesn't matter to you what the servers are doing.
...at least I got a lot of herbs listed in the AH last night before the feeding frenzy begins. Don't buy the ones I listed for 200g a stack. If people have that kind of in-game money to burn, I don't want to know about it.
